Dashboards
There are 3 dashboards available to all users.
Overview
Displays an overview of all activity in the system. There are button-links to filter analyses by status, chart breakdown of analysis counts by Task and Type, a list of analyses where you are listed as a team member, and a list of links to active analyses grouped by study.
My Analyses
Displays a list of active analyses where the logged in user is listed as a team member. Displays a summary of their details grouped by study.
My Issues
Displays a list of active analyses where the logged in user is listed as a team member. Displays a summary of the Issues associated with TFLs and Datasets.
Review
Displays a list of open, pending, and past team reviews on analyses listing you as a team member.
Overview
Analysis summary
Located in the upper, left-hand corner, this section allows you to quickly see how many Analyses are in each status ( New, In Progress, Delivered, Locked, Archived). Clicking on the colored button will take you to the Analysis Index with the filter set to the button status (e.g., click on the New button to show all Analyses with a status of "New" in the Analysis Index).
Analysis metrics
Located in the upper, right-hand corner, this section provides two pie-charts, TASKS and TYPES, which provide a visual breakdown of the open Analyses by each of those categories.
Total vs. Active summary
Located in the middle of the page, the colored bars provide a quick look at the total active items vs. the total count of items in each of the categories below:
- Analyses
- TFLs
- Datasets
- In addition, the fourth category, Team Reviews shows the total number of open team reviews. This is the only bar that is clickable. Click to open the Active Review Periods page.
Active Analysis Summary
The Active Analysis Summary lists all Analyses not in a Locked or Archived state and regardless if you are on the team (sensitive analyses excluded). Click on the analysis button to open the Analysis Details page. Click on the square review period to open the most recent Review Period Summary page.
Studies
Displays a summary of the data sources associated with active Analyses. The icons in this section are clickable (e.g., click on the study name to open the study's details page).
My Analyses
The My Analyses dashboard displays the active (not locked or archived) analyses that you are a team member of.
Each row in the list is a single analysis (deliverable). Analyses in this table are sorted by Name by default. You can click a column header to toggle sorting the table by that column.
You can filter the list by typing your filter critera in the filter input box. Your filter criteria will search the following fields and return results if the text is found (Name, Status, Study).
Click on the button to open the Analysis Details page.
My Issues
The My Issues dashboard displays the active (not locked or archived) analyses that you are a team member of and provides a summary of the Issues associated with TFLs and Datasets on them.
Each row in the list is a single analysis (deliverable). Analyses in this table are sorted by Name by default. You can click a column header to toggle sorting the table by that column.
You can filter the list by typing your filter critera in the filter input box. Your filter criteria will search the following fields and return results if the text is found.
Click on the button to open the Issue Index page for the given analysis.
Review
The Review dashboard has 3 sections:
OPEN
Located at the top of the dashboard, the Open Team Reviews section displays review periods you are assigned to that are currently open for TFL comments. The data is displayed in 4 columns:
- Analysis: contains the full name of the Analysis.
- Team Review Schedule: displays the start and end dates of the current review period.
- Progress: displays the number of _completed_ TFLs, the _total_ number of TFLs, and the percentage of TFLs you have remaining to review are displayed in the rightmost column.
- Button for accessing review period: Click on the review period to open the **Review Period Summary** page and begin reviewing TFLs.
UPCOMING
Lists review periods that you are assigned to but, are not yet open for team review. The statistician is preparing and approving the TFLs for this review period, but has not opened it for commenting yet.
IN ADJUDICATION
Lists review periods in the Adjudication state. At this state the review period is closed for new comments and the Statistician is reviewing and making decisions on what actions to take for each comment.
COMPLETED
Click the button to view a list of completed reviews you participated in.
